Cassandra Goad is a renowned luxury fine jewellery brand that has been crafting exquisite jewels for over 40 years. We are currently seeking an Operations and Events Manager to implement our operational strategy and oversee all aspects of our experiential events. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of in-store experiences and high-profile events that reflect the artistry and elegance of the brand.
As the Operations and Events Manager, you will be responsible for helping to improve and implementing operational procedures, creating engaging customer experiences, and managing project timelines. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that events align with our brand vision and elevate customer engagement. You will in addition support the boutique team to ensure that both boutique and web orders are fulfilled in a prompt and efficient manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legacy of a luxury jeweller while crafting unforgettable experiences for our clientele.
Please note this is an in-person role and you may be required to work occasional Saturdays throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with all members of the different teams, clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Analyse operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with Cassandra to ensure seamless running of day-to-day operations, including office management, guided research projects, and calendar administration.
- Work with the boutique team to ensure web and boutique orders are packaged and sent out promptly.
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Execute event concepts, ensuring they align with brand identity and customer expectations.
- Oversee event logistics including guest lists, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Organise and manage the event prop storage both on-site and externally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities and messaging support event objectives.
- Manage budgets for events and operational activities to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events through feedback, analytics, and reporting.
