About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team focused on enabling global supply chains. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in logistics or spare parts handling, who are eager to grow and take on broader responsibilities in the near future. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers as allocated by management Prepare and submit customer quotations, including handling of cross-trade shipments Evaluate the success rate of submitted quotations and work towards continuous improvement Cooperate closely with the operations team to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations Assist in allocating customer accounts to staff members based on business needs Participate in joint sales visits to build and maintain client relationships Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems Requirements: 2โ5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, particularly in customer service Strong customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with logistics platforms Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to overall service excellence Willingness to grow with the business and potentially manage a small team in the future Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities Team player with the drive to grow the companyโs customer base and deliver value-added services If you are looking to build your career in a dynamic logistics environment with growth potential, weโd love to hear from you.
