About the job:
Your role will be to lead the L&D function while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategic direction and industry’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for our UK staff members.
- Handle the training and professional development of company employees.
- Make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential.
- Keep a strong focus not just on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops.
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Learning and Development area at least 5 years.
- Higher education in HR or related areas;
- Mandatory to have previous experience in hospitality and with training and knowledge in food and beverage operations.
- Fluent English
- Detail-oriented, well-organized;
- Able to handle multitasking projects and working under pressure;
- Advanced excel knowledge
