We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for the UK subsidiary of a market leading automotive manufacturer to support their growing UK operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Warehouse Manager, driving continuous improvement and playing a vital role in streamlining warehouse and logistics functions.

The Role:

As Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you\’ll be at the heart of daily operations – overseeing the smooth running of goods-in/goods-out, ensuring accurate stock control, and liaising with internal and external partners to maintain seamless logistics performance. This is an ideal role for someone ready to make an impact, bring fresh ideas, and help shape the future of a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Managing inventory accuracy through stock counts and audits.
• Coordinating with transport providers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Driving productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
• Supporting the implementation of WMS and other technology driven solutions.
• Analysing logistics data and generating actionable reports.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
• Hands-on support within the warehouse as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a warehouse/logistics role, ideally within automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
• Experience with WMS or logistics software (desirable).
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• FLT licence (essential).
• Relevant qualifications in logistics/supply chain (desirable).
