Are you a GP Surgery Pharmacist looking for a long-term, hybrid locum role in Bristol? We have an exciting opportunity with competitive pay and flexible working arrangements!
Job Details:
- Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 2 days on-site, 2 days remote)
- Duration: 12-month maternity cover
- Schedule: Full-time equivalent, flexible (e.g., 4 days, 8:30am-4pm or 9am-4pm)
- Start Date: June 2025
- End Date: July 2026
- Pay Rate: £28 - £34 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls
- Lead medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies
- Conduct medication reviews and audits
- Manage patient discharges
Note: This is not a prescribing role.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in a GP surgery setting
- Strong EMIS and Docman experience (essential)
- Ability to start immediately (no training provided)
- Collaborative attitude to support a small team (1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician)
Working Hours & Contract:
This hybrid position in Bristol involves 2 days on-site and 2 days remote weekly. The initial 12-month contract may be extended based on service needs.
