The Role: Working within various areas of the chilled factory, the role involves preparing, making, and packing quality meat products. This is a temporary role until 25th December 2025. Candidates will be required to attend an assessment, which they will be contacted about in due course.
Hours of Work: Night shift: 6pm to between 2am/3am, Sunday to Thursday.
What It Takes: No experience necessary as full training will be provided, but previous experience in a food production environment is desirable. All candidates should demonstrate core values, have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy, and promote this daily. To be considered, you should be able to work as part of a team, be self-motivated, and show initiative. Good communication skills and a high level of manual dexterity and speed are required and will be monitored throughout employment.
