About Us
ScanTech Offshore Ltd, part of the James Fisher Group, provides a wide range of rental equipment including air compressors, steam generators, and rig cooling services. We also design, install, and commission bespoke heat suppression safety systems.
The Energy Division offers safe, sustainable products and services for the oil and gas and renewables markets.
The Role
Responsible for the successful coordination of offshore projects in the UK, Africa, and Renewables regions. Coordinating all aspects of offshore projects from the kick-off meeting with sales to invoicing.
Principle Accountabilities
- Line management responsibility for the UK Offshore team, including reviews, feedback, check-ins, and engagement.
- Serve as the focal point for offshore technicians, handling queries and directing them to the Operations Manager, Engineering Team, or Equipment Manager as needed.
- Forecast personnel needs to the sales team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Achieve at least 50% utilization for the UK offshore team monthly.
- Coordinate personnel information during monthly invoice review meetings, ensuring prelim invoices are accurate and updated, and inform finance when invoices are ready to reduce accruals.
- Participate in the on-call rota on a 1 in 3-week basis.
- Engage positively with company QSHE initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an offshore operations role.
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Good knowledge of English grammar.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with business management systems.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Great Yarmouth.
- Right to reside and work in the UK is required.
