Account Manager

Overview

If you are a customer service professional with the ability to identify and build business opportunities then this role as an Account Manager is perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 50+ existing client accounts
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and building successful relationships
• Dealing with client enquiries and providing information on services provided
• Calling potential new clients in order to introduce products provided
• Preparing client quotation and following these up to ascertain clients interest
• Managing client orders received and processing through to delivery stage
