Are you passionate about NHS community services and able to inspire and develop others? We’re looking for an exceptional person to support our Chief Operating Officer in the delivery of effective and innovative adult community services in east and west Kent, taking the lead on key transformation projects and helping us to build resilience and sustainability in our teams. The main element of this position will be to support, lead and inspire two new development posts, helping people to gain the knowledge and experience they need to progress into very senior roles in the trust, driving transformation as we innovate and expand our services. You will meet our high standards in quality, performance, governance, workforce planning and finance, leading on service improvements and taking positive and decisive action where required. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with partners in health and social care, continually innovating services for patients and proactively building and managing relationships with external partners, while at the same time making sure our teams are streamlined and ready for the next challenge. You’ll need excellent communication skills, persuasion, diplomacy and negotiation to be able to communicate our values, vision and direction at all levels, supporting colleagues and services with performance management and integrated governance.
