As New Business Specialist you will be responsible for the way we sell the agency externally working across multiple industries. Working with the new business and wider agency teams you will focus on taking our RFI, RFP and pitch presentations to the next level.
About the Global Growth Team
The Global Growth Team is dedicated to driving smarter, meaningful growth for the Havas Creative Network. Our role is to identify and unlock new opportunities, create greater connectivity across capabilities and markets, and win business more effectively. Our work is typically organised into three core areas:
- Prospecting: Defining and targeting key sectors from global to local markets, including organising events and outreach initiatives, particularly within the UK.
- Pitching: Managing and executing global or multi-discipline pitches, triaging briefs, and focusing on key markets and high-priority opportunities.
- Growth Marketing: Covering content marketing and channel strategies aligned with Havas Creative Network’s growth priorities.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Senior New Business Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative Global Growth team at Havas Creative Network. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on organisation, loves working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly, and is passionate about helping win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business & Pitch Support: Provide hands-on support to the Associate Directors on global new business opportunities, including pitches, RFIs, and chemistry meetings. Coordinate end-to-end pitch logistics, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are tightly managed.
- Growth Marketing & Prospecting Support: Collaborate on prospecting efforts by helping to build prospect lists, pull thought leadership content, and prepare outreach materials.
- Internal Coordination & Best Practice: Support internal communications and sharing of growth tools across markets. Help implement best practices across the pitch process, including templates, workflows, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced marketing/business development environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and calm under pressure.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and a desire to support others.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations professionally.
