We're working with an exciting proptech start-up that are redefining the rental experience and looking for a Head of Operations to establish a scalable operational framework across four core operational areas.

What you'll be doing:-
- Lead and develop an operational framework across four key operational areas
- Ensure all functions are efficient, scalable and aligned across the business
- Build an internal marketplace of gig employees
- Build a distributed and remote administrative support team of 100+ people to run according to the established process SLAs
- Define, establish, and implement KPIs and performance metrics to align with company objectives
- Design and implement operational processes that allow to run the business 3x lower cost base compared to the status quo
What you'll need:-
- 3+ years in top-tier consulting or investment banking
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, process-driven venture-backed scale-up , with a track record of delivering results
- 3+ years in operational roles, experience of managing, hiring & nurturing teams of 100+ people and complex workflows
- Strong ability to manage and optimise distributed teams , including local and remote staff
- Hungry for data; and structured, analytical and data-driven approach
- A “get things done” attitude with the flexibility to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution
