Position Details

• Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
• Role: HCA / Support Worker
• Pay: Competitive rates
• Shifts: Flexible – including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and bank holidays

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year UK experience as a HCA or Support Worker
2. Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., PMVA, BLS, Manual Handling)
3. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
4. Right to work in the UK – unfortunately no Tier 2 RTW and Sponsorship is not available
5. Passionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference
