About The Role

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
• Be attentive to customer needs
• Always be courteous, cheerful, and respectful
• Recommend products and promotions
• Carry out freshness checks
• Ensure till accuracy
• Perform stock replenishment and merchandising following company guidelines
