MAINSTREAM EAST HERTFORDSHIRE CONSULTANCY: Structural Revit/AutoCAD Technician

Mainstream East Hertfordshire consultancy is seeking a Structural Revit/AutoCAD Technician to join its well-established office as it continues to expand.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software, specifically in building structures engineering.
2. Ability to work under the supervision of the CAD/BIM Manager & Senior Engineer.
3. Must be locally-based or willing to relocate, with no visa issues.

Projects and Sector Experience

The current workload includes a diverse mix of new-build and refurbishment projects valued up to £50 million across London and the South East, in sectors such as residential (Developer and Private Client), commercial, leisure, retail, and education.
