We’re looking for a Brand & Growth Manager who has been in the trenches growing an FMCG brand from early-stage launch to real traction. You’ve helped build a challenger brand when it had no name recognition, low budgets, and big ambitions. You’ve written the first blog post, sent out the first 100 seeding kits, tested the first affiliate links, and created videos that turned viewers into customers. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on building systems, testing creative, and driving measurable growth through content, creators, and community.
What You’ll Own:
- Content & SEO
- Develop and manage a search-optimized content plan focused on high-intent, science-based blog articles.
- Own and track key KPIs: organic traffic growth, time on page, conversion from content.
- Own end-to-end influencer strategy: outreach, briefing, gifting, negotiation, tracking.
- Build and maintain a creator seeding program: Send out 50–100 curated product kits per month.
- Optimize for post rate, content quality, and reuse.
- Launch and manage an affiliate program: Weekly performance tracking across tiers (nano to macro).
- Focus on long-term partnerships with high-performing creators.
- Maintain an influencer CRM to track status, outreach, and performance.
- Plan and produce YouTube content: educational, entertaining, and brand-aligned.
- Drive discoverability through optimized titles, thumbnails, and scripts.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in building early-stage FMCG or DTC brands.
- A track record of success in content marketing, influencer partnerships, and organic growth.
- A KPI-driven mindset, with a knack for tracking, analyzing, and iterating on what works.
- Competence in managing creators, crafting briefs, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.
- A hands-on, creative, and resourceful approach, thriving in a startup environment.
Why Join Creative Dock:
- Gain full ownership of our organic growth engine with the budget and freedom to experiment and scale successful strategies.
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy.
- Be part of a global venture-building company that believes in the power of ideas and is committed to creating products that positively transform people’s lives.
What We Offer:
- A full-time position, based in the UK, with a preference for London.
- The opportunity to work remotely.
- Five weeks of paid leave.
- Flexible working hours & home office options.
- Possible relocation to offices around the world.
- Access to Creative Dock's mentoring program and the resources of the world’s leading venture builder.
Hiring Process:
- Screening phone call with the recruiter.
- Interview with the Brand & Growth team lead.
- Participation in a Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – showcasing your skills and learning about Creative Dock).
