We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our high street branch in Oldham. You will manage the reception desk, coordinate appointments for the Audiologist, make customer calls, and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.

  • Manage the diary to optimize sales and service appointments for new and existing customers
  • Review the customer database regularly to identify appointment opportunities and improve clinic performance

  • Generate revenue by scheduling appointments and promoting add-on products where appropriate
  • Maintain relationships with customers, offering promotions and hearing solutions
  • Ensure the store's visual appearance aligns with Amplifon standards, including merchandising and cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels to ensure availability of products
