Champions UK plc requires a PR & SEO Executive to schedule in-house interviews with everyone from celebrities to sportspeople. You will work closely with our Music & Entertainment and Speaking Departments to network, interview, transcribe and outreach exclusive interviews to online publications. You will also work with our social media team to craft high-quality YouTube content and develop a successful SEO/PR strategy.
Daily Tasks of a PR & Outreach Executive at Champions
- Be introduced to interviewees by the Sales Team
- Communicate with celebrities, sportspeople, businesspeople and more
- Liaise and schedule exclusive interviews, including virtual call invite/link
- Research the interviewee and write relevant interview questions
- Conduct the interview with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Share the content with the social media team
- Source and contact editors of relevant online publications to outreach the content
- Propose relevant speakers and interview questions to publications
- Transcribe the content and format the Q&A
- Write an introduction and ‘call to action’
- Liaise with senior leadership to decide backlink and anchor text
- Send the content to the publisher
- Track the published and unpublished content
