Job Title: Structural Revit Technician

Location: Thetford

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Days)

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £54,000 PA plus car allowance up to £6,000 PA

Job Description

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will join a multidisciplinary design team involved in projects at all stages. You will provide structural modelling and technical detailing, working alongside architectural designers to deliver fully integrated design solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Produce design outputs using BIM software, e.g., REVIT, following industry BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to meet BIM Level 2 standards and ISO19650.
2. Create working drawings, reports, and specifications complying with national/international standards and project requirements.
3. Support the development of BIM standards and QA procedures.
4. Translate manufacturer details onto drawings and models.
5. Attend site visits to verify compliance with design specifications.
6. Assist in fee calculations based on resource evaluation.

Skills & Knowledge

• Building Regulations
• Structural Steelwork Modelling/Detailing
• Reinforced Concrete Modelling/Detailing
• AutoCAD, REVIT
• ISO19650 and BIM standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ UK experience across various construction sectors.
• HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent; support for further training, including EngTech, provided.
