Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ACRA filings and be familiar with statutory compliance requirements under the Companies Act. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA (e.g., incorporation, annual returns, changes in officers, shareholders, share capital, registered office address, etc.) Maintain and update statutory registers and minute books Draft standard resolutions, meeting minutes, and other secretarial documents Assist in the preparation of AGM documents and annual return filings Monitor and track regulatory filing deadlines to ensure timely compliance Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities on routine secretarial matters Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of corporate documents Support the team in other administrative and secretarial duties as required Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant working experience, particularly in ACRA filings Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field Familiarity with the Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
