Role Overview

Legal Engineers are product experts and problem solvers. They understand customer goals, advise on contracting processes, and help set customers up for long-term success with Ironclad. As a core part of our Customer Success team, they work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, collaborating with the professional service team to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
2. Apply best practices and advise customers on managing contracts throughout the lifecycle using reports, metrics, and reminders.
3. Leverage deep product expertise to build or enable customers to build their contracting processes within Ironclad.
4. Lead challenging conversations to reset expectations, address feedback, and balance project timelines with implementation goals.
5. Serve as the \’Voice of Customer\’ by sharing feedback and collaborating with the Product team for improvements.
6. Stay updated on product releases and functionalities.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance our implementation processes.
8. Respond to high-profile customer escalations to inspire confidence and loyalty.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of professional service or consulting experience with SaaS companies, preferably with integrations.
• Passion for learning new technologies and delivering technical solutions.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively.
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures within customer companies.
• Curiosity about customer goals and values.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal operations processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a growing organization.
