Strategic Transformation Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Description:

Seeking a candidate with primary knowledge in Blue Yonder CAT Man and strong domain expertise in multiple JDA Product solutions. The ideal candidate will understand how to configure and deliver JDA solutions to optimize customer business processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Constructing overall architecture for current and future customer needs based on domain knowledge.
2. Serving as the solution expert for transformational projects and programs, contributing to change management efforts at global or regional levels.
3. Preparing and delivering presentations to users, management, and executive audiences.
4. Advising customers on industry best practices and process methodologies.
5. Assisting project managers with planning, effort estimation, and task execution recommendations.
6. Assessing business needs, integration complexity, and architecture constraints through appropriate questioning.
7. Facilitating discussions on product functionality and architecture, including data and process flow between solutions.
8. Leading business process analysis, design, validation, and deployment phases.
9. Guiding the project team in designing and developing specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens to ensure seamless integration.
10. Creating and updating procedural and system documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Supporting testing, go-live, and post-implementation support, including verifying system functionality and data integrity.
12. Identifying revenue opportunities with existing customers.
13. Acting as a functional liaison in key meetings with project teams and customer stakeholders, including executives.
14. Ensuring knowledge transfer to customer teams and communicating product updates and new functionalities.
