Brockholes is Lancashire Wildlife Trust\’s flagship nature reserve and is home to an award-winning, floating Visitor Village, which includes a lakeside cafe, shop, conference, wedding, and event venues.

We are seeking individuals with customer service skills who can engage with the public and help us provide a fantastic experience at our visitor village.

Service Assistants are responsible for delivering high standards of customer service to visitors and event attendees. Applicants should be passionate about the service they provide and aligned with the values of the Trust and the nature reserve. Successful candidates will work across our commercial outlets.
