More About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, capable of developing extraordinary weddings, special events, and creative conferencing for clients.
- Enjoys working flexible hours, mainly Tuesday to Saturday, and is prepared for late notice site visits or other special events requiring your expertise.
- Proactive, client-focused service approach with infectious energy, a friendly smile, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to understand and expand upon clients’ visions, with a passion for Rendezvous Hotel Scarborough as a destination venue.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and products to transform ordinary ideas into extraordinary experiences, along with budget interpretation skills to set goals and drive revenue, often exceeding targets.
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships and sales.
- Effective multitasking with exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, and knowledge of Protel, Ivvy, and Adobe Design Suite for quotations and reporting.
