Care Records Administrator Location: Pembury Salary: £25,674 (FTE) Working hours: Full and part time roles available (permanent) Looking for a fresh start for the new year? The Care Records team have both full-time and part-time roles available, working as part of a friendly team supporting clinical staff within the Care Directorate. This is a busy and complex role where you will act as the first point of contact between patients, relatives and medical staff and be responsible for maintaining confidentiality to ensure the department runs efficiently at all times. We are looking for excellent spoken and written communication skills and demonstration of a high level of attention to detail. You will be equally comfortable being responsible for your own workload as well as forming part of a cohesive team. Knowledge of EMIS (the electronic patient record system we use) would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential, along with proven strong telephone and administration skills, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
