Who are we looking for?

  • Possess excellent application knowledge in the People / HCM / HRIS domain, in Dayforce Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, HR Help Desk, Time and Labour, Absence and Payroll).
  • Be mindful of the nuances of separate countries and how to ensure Dayforce is set up in the best way to support localisation whilst maintaining an international system.
  • Translate business challenges into workable application designs, ensuring the support of all stakeholders, including the People Services team.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Working closely with the Reward Director, European and UK Business Process Owners, and colleagues within the Technology team to assist in the continued roll-out of Gamma’s new HRIS (Dayforce), as well as harmonising the applications and automation of business processes.
  • You will be responsible for managing the people data migration for all Gamma’s employees (including those from acquired companies), testing and development of the different modules in different countries and managing the new system once implemented.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of two years Dayforce People experience with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and support knowledge.
  • A minimum of 2 years project delivery experience.
  • Experience at managing different sets of data from different locations.
  • High level of communication and engagement skills.
