The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK. It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network, with over 200,000 vehicles daily, serving as a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods transportation around our capital. The network comprises around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, requiring high performance, continuous improvement, and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

We have formed a joint venture, Connect Plus Services (CPS), to widen, operate, and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract. We are seeking a Technical Training Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join our team. You will be based at Scratchwood Depot - London Gateway M1, London NW7 3JA, three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Joint Venture Training Team for training activities.
  • Complete personal training to stay current with job requirements.
  • Raise POs, receipting orders, resolve invoice queries, and maintain the training financial database.
  • Coordinate and administer CITB levy/claim with BB.
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers.
  • Book training venues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Serve as a primary user for the training database.
  • Extract and analyze learning and development data for reports.
  • Respond to other Training Department needs.
  • Monitor qualification expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.
  • Develop and improve systems to ensure ongoing compliance with qualifications and industry standards.
  • Uphold the Connect Plus Services values.
  • Focus on Zero Harm principles.
  • Support the company's sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc project work as required.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training environment.
