What you will be doing:

• Conduct forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees.
• Schedule and conduct training for all functions and shifts.
• Organize weekly safety orientation for new hires.
• Evaluate training effectiveness to meet strategic goals.
• Provide recommendations to managers regarding account entry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months experience/training preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
