Showroom Consultant

Dream Doors Ltd specializes in providing high-quality replacement kitchen doors and worktops, as well as offering complete kitchen refits. Established 19 years ago, the company opened its first showroom in Gosport, Hampshire and now operates from its franchisee Training Centre at Cams Hall, Fareham. With over 80 franchisees across the country, Dream Doors Ltd continues to grow, aiming to expand its network to over 100 franchisees soon.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Showroom Consultant located in Rawtenstall. The Showroom Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through product choices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing the showroom, showcasing products, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with sales.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and proficiency in working within showrooms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work part-time on-site in Rawtenstall
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
