As our App Promotions Manager, you\’ll own the strategy and delivery of engaging app campaigns that drive visits, revenue, loyalty, and lifetime value. Working closely with CRM, Trading, Marketing, and more, you’ll lead the charge on app-exclusive promotions, email and SMS integrations, and seamless customer journeys, all designed to boost app performance and customer engagement. If you love spotting trends, building slick campaigns, and seeing results, this role is your chance to shine.

Interview

Prepare by reviewing our careers page and visiting a local Trade Counter. The interview will include competency questions and a discussion of your experience and knowledge of Screwfix. Interviews may be via phone or video, followed by a store visit.

Offer

If successful, we’ll extend an offer. After acceptance and pre-employment checks, you’ll receive your contract.
