We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team in the Lewes Office in the southeast. The position will focus on cladding remediation projects across various residential and commercial buildings throughout the UK.

The role requires you to:

• Assist in designing and detailing remediation works in compliance with the latest building safety regulations and fire performance standards.
• Prepare high-quality technical drawings and specifications for façade and cladding remediation.
• Work closely with contractors, façade consultants, fire engineers and clients throughout the project at different RIBA stages.

Experience:

• BSc in Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical architectural role, ideally with cladding or façade systems.
• Experience in Vectorworks is ideal, but expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit is also considered
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and fire safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
