About the Opportunity

Our success depends on a strong support team that ensures our community—comprising Volunteers and Tech Startup Customers—is satisfied. Your role involves providing support via Tawk Chat, direct messaging, and social media channels to prospective and existing Volunteers and Customers. We are seeking Support Volunteers to offer 24/7 global coverage, assisting visitors with sign-ups, profile improvements, and inquiries about SkilledUp Life.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Indonesian
• Experience in customer service/support
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong record-keeping abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor
• Attention to detail

Activities

• Engage with community members regularly to maintain an active community
• Assist visitors in creating accounts and building profiles
• Utilize direct messaging alongside Tawk Chat
• Support companies in publishing opportunities
• Help advanced plan customers find suitable volunteers
• Assist volunteers with application processes
• Enhance FAQs based on user feedback
• Report issues to the support team leadership
