Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duct Fitter located in Greater London. The Duct Fitter will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting ductwork, assembling and securing ducts, ensuring that installations meet specifications and safety standards, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to complete projects efficiently and effectively is also essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ductwork installation, repair, and maintenance
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant certifications and training in HVAC or duct fitting are a plus
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments
