Product Manager / Project Manager – Education & EdTech | South London | £55-65k+ | Full-Time, Onsite

Are you an experienced Product or Project Manager looking for a hands-on role where you can shape and scale a meaningful product?

We\’re an established education company with a reputation for delivering high-impact, research-informed training to teachers and students across the UK. Our growing digital learning platform is already used by 200+ schools and offers huge potential for international growth.

We\’re now hiring a Product Manager (or Project Manager) to lead the next phase of this platform\’s development. While this is a product-led role, it\’s not technical -you won\’t be expected to code or manage engineering teams. Instead, your strength will be in managing content, projects, people, and priorities to deliver an exceptional experience to our school partners.

This is a full-time, fully onsite role in Oval, South London .

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day running and future roadmap of our teacher CPD platform
  • Project manage the creation of new content-working with internal team members, designers, speakers, and contributors
  • Write and refine scripts, content briefs, and copy-excellent written English is essential
  • Own platform QA and improvements in collaboration with our tech partners (built on a platform -no coding required)
  • Lead a small cross-functional team (currently 1 UX/UI designer and 2 account managers)
  • Oversee client comms and experience-ensuring every school receives an excellent service
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support the platform\’s growth and engagement

Who This Role Would Suit:

  • A Product Manager or Project Manager with experience in education, digital content, learning platforms, publishing, or a creative agency
  • Someone confident managing projects from concept to delivery, with strong attention to detail
  • A clear communicator with excellent writing skills-you\’ll be shaping scripts, videos, and copy for educators
  • A proactive team leader who thrives in a small, fast-moving environment and can juggle shifting priorities
  • Someone with solid planning and delivery skills, even if they\’re not from a technical background

What You Won\’t Be Doing:

  • Writing code or managing technical architecture
  • Managing a large team or complex engineering workflows
  • Working remotely-this is an onsite-only role for collaborative, hands-on delivery
