Pour venir renforcer la dynamique de l'équipe permanente et soutenir le volet administratif, l'association « La Barakatous » recherche un.e assistant.e administratif.ve.
Contexte : Association agréée Centre Socioculturel dynamique composée de 5 secteurs : Adulte-Famille, Enfance, Jeunesse, Musique et Vie Locale. Salariés : 19 permanents. Bassin de DERVAL : Derval, Jans, Lusanger, Sion-Les-Mines, Marsac-sur-Don, Mouais, Saint-Vincent-des-Landes.
Les missions principales du poste sont :
- Assurer la gestion du logiciel adhérents INOE AIGA pour les secteurs Enfance, Jeunesse et Musique :
- Assurer le paramétrage des activités sur le logiciel.
- Accompagner les adhérents sur l'Espace Famille.
- Contrôler, mettre à jour et valider les documents des familles (quotient famille, adhésion, responsabilité civile, fiche sanitaire des enfants, données informatives).
- Assurer le suivi des inscriptions (réception et enregistrement des acomptes, réajustement, annulation, pointage des réservations…).
- Être en lien avec les référents des secteurs Enfance, Jeunesse et Musique pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du service.
- Assurer la gestion du pointage des présences.
- Générer la facturation et faire l'envoi mail aux familles.
- Enregistrer les règlements et relancer les impayés.
- Accompagner et orienter les personnes en fonction de leurs demandes.
- Communication courante avec les adhérents.

Expériences, Diplômes :
- Diplôme ou expérience dans la fonction administrative et/ou domaine associatif souhaitée.
Conditions d'embauche :
- Date d'embauche : le mardi 10 Juin 2025 – Entretien prévu semaine 19 (entre le 5 et le 7 mai).
- CDI à temps partiel 25 heures/semaine – 5 semaines de congés payés – mutuelle employeur.
- Planning de travail : Lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi 8h30/13h et le jeudi 14h/16h30.
- Lieux de travail : DERVAL.
- Coefficient 285 de la convention collective ECLAT, salaire mensuel brut pour 25h/semaine : 1447,13€.
