Endeavour Recruitment is a specialist IT and Technology Recruitment agency placing a range of highly skilled technical candidates with our clients globally. We have an active program of developing and promoting internal staff, but this has not been enough to cover the very niche specialist defence roles we have for Europe’s main Missile Producer as well as the UK’s Nuclear Submarine fleet and NATO.
We require highly skilled specialist recruiters who understand the defence industry as well as the technical aspects of the roles, including the process of taking candidates through Security Clearance. The person we require needs a firm understanding of the following:
- UK and EU Defence Projects including Security Clearances
- Submarine and Nuclear projects
- Missiles and related industries
- Unarmed Aerial Vehicles
- Tracking Systems
Specific roles include:
- Missile Mechanical Architect
- Software V&V Engineer
- Test Equipment Design Engineer
- Electrical Calibration Operator
