Job Title: Email Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We\’re currently partnered with an extremely well-known retailer in Bracknell who is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their team!

You\’ll lead their email marketing and SMS efforts across the UK, IE, and Europe to drive customer engagement, increase loyalty, and maximize sales. Leading 1 direct report, you\’ll manage the planning, execution, and optimization of all email campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. You\’ll build targeted email lists, segment audiences, and implement email journeys to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Location & Workplace Policy:

• Hybrid working, 3 days office
• 23 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, staff and F&F discounts, free parking on-site

Minimum Requirements:

Successful candidates must have demonstrable experience in email marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce, with strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Emarsys experience highly desirable).
