TSA Surveying is representing a well-established building consultancy in Scotland that has been strategically expanding into England over the past five years. They are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing Manchester office. The consultancy operates from over 20 offices in Scotland and has established five offices in England, with the Manchester office expanding due to increased workload in the Northwest.

The client undertakes a wide range of work, including large multi-year projects, school and sanctuary group surveys, and refurbishment projects for frameworks and clients such as the British Heart Foundation. The role offers diverse responsibilities, balancing project management with surveys such as PPM, dilapidations, professional advice, and recladding projects.
