Assistant General Manager – Swansea

We\’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family in Swansea.

Our Assistant General Managers are excellent hosts, entertainers, and guest-experts. They lead by example and support our teams to develop their skills and deliver memorable Caribbean experiences!

As an Assistant General Manager, you\’ll receive industry-leading training and support to develop your management skills. You\’ll gain experience in stock management, recruitment, team check-ins, and pre-shift briefs while creating the magic of the Caribbean for our guests!
