Graduate - Finance

This is a very rare opportunity for a Graduate – Accountancy to join a highly professional Company where there will be plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:

• Assisting with managing the sales ledger function and minimising the risk of bad debt
• Raising sales invoices and inputting payments received onto the accounts system
• Monitoring client accounts and ensuring that payment terms and conditions of business are met
• Dealing with any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are promptly resolved
• Allocating payments received to clients account and preparing daily banking reports for the Accountant
• Reducing bad debt by identifying overdue accounts and chasing payments via telephone and email
