You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, through management of staff and resources, and inspiring your customers with the perfect solutions for their requirements. The Branch Operations Manager will be an expert at building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships to ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. As a Branch Operations Manager, you will deputise in the Branch Managers absence, and have direct responsibility for the day the to day management of branch colleagues.
