Our client is a £200m, multi divisional Main Contractor, making giant strides in the Industrial & Logistics sector. Headquartered in Central London, we are looking for the Design Manager for a £15 distribution centre project in Leatherhead.
Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design Coordination
- Design Development
- Chairing Design Team meetings
- Troubleshooting any design issues that may arise
- High level reporting upline
Design Manager Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years No.1 Design Manager experience
- Leading Main Contractor / Major Project experience
- Major Structural Steel project experience
- Degree educated or similar
- Good BIM / tech skills
