Through our network of field-level partners, we have trained nearly 3 million farmers in 23 countries in more sustainable agricultural practices.

This job is perfect for someone with great attention to detail, strong project management skills and who would thrive in an enabling role, appreciating the importance and value of high-quality support.

The Challenge

As an organisation, we have ambitious goals: reducing GHG emissions from cotton production by half, cutting synthetic pesticide use, improving soil health, improving farm income and supporting women’s empowerment among farmers and farm workers. A quarter of the world’s cotton is now grown under the Better Cotton Standard. We have united the industry’s stakeholders behind our efforts, from ginners and spinners to brand owners, civil society organisations and governments.

About This Role

The COO and CDO are based in different countries (UK and Sweden), and their teams stretch the globe. You are great with people, comfortable working with different time zones and different cultures, and your communication style is inclusive and adaptive to your audience.
