About the role The BMW MINI Division of Sytner Group is recruiting a Multi-Site HR Manager to join our management teams at our Sytner Sheffield and Sytner Select Nottingham dealerships. The role will also support our Contact Centre and Digital Reception Teams based in Leicester. Reporting to the Head of Business, this multi-site role will be supported by fellow managers, HR Manager peers across the Division, and the Divisional HR team. About you We are seeking a senior HR professional to act as a people leader and ambassador for our values within these dealerships and divisional teams. You will develop impactful relationships across departments through effective communication and connection. Your knowledge of employment law, people metrics, and best HR practices will enable you to contribute to our people strategy—focusing on employee relations, talent retention, engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
