As a National Sales Manager your core responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process. You will represent the face of the business to new customers, responding to enquiries, quoting, or resolving issues with a can-do attitude. This role is key to the future growth of the business and is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team committed to expanding its national footprint.
- Make introductory calls to new customers to qualify size, potential and opportunity.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, introduce the business and products.
- Work with internal sales colleagues to handle customer orders and follow up on enquiries.
- Provide quotes, pricing and product information.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Manage and review customer pricing based on value and volume, including contract pricing.
- Maintain customer records on the ERP system.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Purchasing teams to maximise product promotions and campaigns.
