The predicted salary is between 20000 - 28000 £ per year.
Working closely with the Casino team, you will work within the food and beverage/hospitality department back of house. Role will involve acting as kitchen porter but also helping the chefs where required to do simple tasks in the kitchen.
Key competencies & duties include:
- Keeping kitchens and back of house Hospitality areas clean including washing crockery, cutlery etc.
- Accepting and checking of deliveries, ensuring correct policy procedures used at all times
- Putting away deliveries ensuring stock rotation adhered to at all times
- Adhering to H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - Training will be provided
- Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using on site cleaning products
- Proven track record for establishing excellent standards in a hospitality operation
- Be flexible in their approach and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Full time hours; evenings and weekends.
