Role Overview: As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You’ll support the chefs and front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, managing waste, and ensuring all kitchen areas meet high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure rubbish areas are kept clean
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly
  • Ensure floors are kept clean and free from hazards at all times
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
  • Follow all health and safety and food hygiene regulations
