The Position

As a Graduate Security Analyst, you will work in our growing Security and Compliance team to:

  • Help other teams understand Acturis security and compliance policies and implement them effectively

  • Collaborate with other teams to document and analyze Acturis software solutions

  • Design and implement systems and processes to ensure system security

  • Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach

  • Create and present training materials on security and policies

  • Analyze security data to identify trends and patterns

  • You will be entrusted with early responsibility for discrete projects and will receive structured feedback three times a year.

Training

Acturis believes that a combination of internal and external training helps colleagues develop well-rounded skills:

  • New joiners receive intensive initial training and close mentoring

  • Colleagues are encouraged to complete industry-standard training relevant to their roles

  • More senior colleagues can choose courses with dedicated time and funding

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 or First in a technical subject

  • Good A-levels or equivalent

  • A proven track record of delivering projects and completing tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • An ability to work well as part of a team, collaborating seamlessly with others

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • A strong interest in learning about Security and Compliance

  • An interest in IT and software
