Job Title: Operations & Compliance Manager

A digital services consultancy that has grown 60% in the last 2 years is looking for an Operations & Compliance Manager to join this newly created role. You will help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work across teams, take ownership of key systems, and drive meaningful operational improvements at a business that is helping to improve people\’s lives by supporting the public sector.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Own and optimise the Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, ensuring data accuracy, upgrades, and integration.
  2. Oversee core system integrations, managing changes or replacements as needed.
  3. Maintain and expand ISO accreditations (27001, 9001, 45003, 14001).
  4. Drive operational improvements, including automation.
  5. Support compliance across business functions (Client Ops, Legal, HR, Talent, Supplier Management).
