Our client in the FMCG space is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO. The role may also include supporting the greater C-Suite and business when needed. The ideal candidate will have worked in a FMCG company previously and supported senior management or C-Suite. Experience working in FMCG, start-up, fast-paced and growth businesses could be highly advantageous. We are looking for an ASAP start date where possible.
Duties may include (but not limited to):
- Meticulous diary management
- Setting up the EA function
- Events arrangement
- Complex diary management – across multiple time zones
- Minute taking
- Complex travel arrangements – strategic planning of itineraries
- Project management
- High profile stakeholder management
- Meeting agendas and presentations (including PowerPoint)
- Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
- Expenses, purchase orders etc.
- Support the wider business as needed
