Our client in the FMCG space is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO. The role may also include supporting the greater C-Suite and business when needed. The ideal candidate will have worked in an FMCG company previously and supported senior management or C-Suite. Experience working in FMCG, start-up, fast-paced and growth businesses could be highly advantageous. We are looking for an ASAP start date where possible.

Duties may include (but not limited to):

  • Meticulous diary management
  • Setting up the EA function
  • Events arrangement
  • Complex diary management – across multiple time zones
  • Minute taking
  • Complex travel arrangements – strategic planning of itineraries
  • Project management
  • High profile stakeholder management
  • Meeting agendas and presentations (including PowerPoint)
  • Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
  • Expenses, purchase orders etc.
  • Support the wider business as needed
