Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Turnaround Manager located in Chesterfield. The Turnaround Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, implementing turnaround strategies, managing projects, and ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

1. Turnaround Management and Turnaround Experience
2. Experience in residential and nursing homes
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Experience in the social care industry is relevant
7. Level 5 in Leadership and Management
